About Us: PMN Community Services is a family business dedicated to the
improvement of the Tri-Ward and Devon Avenue Communities. Our Focus is the
popular and livable neighborhoods of Edgewater, especially North Edgewater,
(above Granville and below Devon). We also specialize in the Loyola, North
Glenwood, and East of Sheridan communities, in Rogers Park.
Peter is a consultant, and has been involved in housing finance & real estate
research for thirty years.
Mary Fugiel is the office coordinator for PMN Community Services and conducts
property research for the North Edgewater and North Glenwood Avenue Corridor.
Nick Fugiel has designed and now manages PMN's website (See Peter's housing
